The project aims to strengthen the entrepreneurial capacities of women by providing them with tailored training, mentoring and access to support networks that enhance their business, digital and leadership skills.

Project results:
Innovative training modules for young women entrepreneurs are being developed, with a focus on digital entrepreneurship, green entrepreneurship, and AI literacy. An e-learning platform is being established to provide access to all resources necessary for success in entrepreneurship. In addition, the Mentor AI App is being developed as an intelligent, AI-powered mentoring and learning tool to support young women in developing green and digital business ideas, designing sustainable business models, and transforming them into viable entrepreneurial ventures.
