Gabija Dūdaitė, a student of the Applied Mathematics Bachelor’s program at KTU FMNS, has always loved mathematics and natural sciences: “I have participated in many competitions held specifically at FMNS, so the environment became very close and I chose to study here. I like the students and teachers of this faculty, we all know each other.” Gabija felt since the fifth grade that she wanted to study a study program related to mathematics, so applied mathematics was the best choice.
For future students, Gabija wishes to try to choose subjects that are of at least some interest and to delve deeper into where the acquired knowledge can be useful. The most important thing is not to worry and not to be afraid to try as much as possible or go out of the comfort zone!
