Kristupa Šeškauskaitė, a student of the bachelor’s degree program in Materials Physics and Nanotechnology at KTU FMNS, chose this study program because of its interdisciplinarity and positive feedback: “I was interested in physics and chemistry, and I also liked that the program includes the basics of engineering. Alumni who were in the circle of acquaintances spoke positively about the program and the career opportunities after its completion.” Kristupa was attracted by the small Faculty and its convenient location; “It allows you to communicate more closely with professors, get personal advice on uncertainties and get involved in additional activities, such as research activities. I like the attentive and understanding administration at the faculty, which responds to the wishes and needs of students, an interesting and modern program and the opportunity to get involved in the activities of the entire university.”

Kristupa wishes future students the courage to choose something interesting, even if it seems complicated.
